nothing else seems to matter any more. You don’t want any more things or to see any one else. You just want to be with what you finally have and you want that to work and be as amazing as you always thought it would. You go as far as you can and as out of your way as possible, to see that everything goes as planned.
But in reality, nothing is perfect, and that keeps you up at night.

It’s scary to know that you hold the weight of another person’s happiness. Having to walk on eggshells trying to make sure you do everything in your power to keep the peace. It’s scary to know that by being silent, you are crushing their heart. It. Is. Scary. I always imagined this kind of love, this kind of power, this kind of control; but I never thought I would be the one holding that position....
